Designated Care Givers

Effective Thursday, April 8, 2021 the personal care home will reopen to Designated Care Givers visits during visiting hours Monday to Sunday from 10:00am-8:00pm

Designated Care Givers are required to complete COVID-19 screening and enter the building with a mask. Following screening a medical grade mask and eye protection will be provided. Both eye protection and a medical grade mask are required to be worn at all times.

Up to two visitors allowed at a time, regardless of same household or not.

General Visitation

At this time all fully vaccinated, general visitations are permitted to visit our residents. General visitors must provide proof of vaccination upon entering building, during screening.

Recreation Programming

Meadowood is happy to welcome back majority of regular programming for our residents. Continued infection control precautions take place before and after programs, as well as physical distancing.
